what do you use the t track for?

Whew, good thing I had my table saw, miter saw, biscuit joiner, router, sander, keg jig, drill... I'd hate to have to build this with limited tools like probably the vast majority of youtube viewers have. So happy the video applies to me. That was a close call!

Very nice job making the clamp racks. I do have one question though, when mounting the cleat to the back why do you mount it lower rather then flush at the top of the clamp rack?

I had one of these cutter heads installed a local repair shop and runs really loud and has burned out two belts since. Anyone experience this?

Just a heads up, I just got my Luxe cut three a couple days ago and they now ship with the cutterhead removed and they didn’t do that before. Even the website when I ordered said they did not come that way. But… There was an RMA form inside and it looked like mine had been dropped so it could’ve been a return. the threads were screwed up on the shaft and I intend on contacting the company tomorrow. I was able to clear the threads using the shaft nut and some lubricant.

Thanks so much for this guide! I made this for our school's sawstops and it works perfectly. I had to cut out some spacers from steel hose clamp straps in order to raise the mag jigs the extra 1/32nd of an inch or so above the plywood top surface so that they would sit flush with the bottom of the plywood base. I think you used some split lock washers as spacers. I didn't have any on hand that were thin enough. Anyway, thanks again!

Nice video, I’ve been doing just the same with my clamps on a French cleat wall, same sort of clamp hangers, very efficient. Only difference is that I didn’t put my clamp hangers on backer boards, each of my clamp racks has its own French cleat so I’ve got more flexibility to move them around in the future. One suggestion about the video though, turn the music down! Appreciate you want something to fill the void that would otherwise be wood sawing, but the music got repetitive and was too loud. Cheers !

I've been checking out some of these videos on making an organizer for my 5" orbital and this one i really like. I'll make some changes but not many and maybe a add on or two. I've been doing woodwork for over 60 years now and love it being self thought. You made a really good organizer that's why I'm going to build one for myself. Thank you for sharing. Joe

If you saw my fingers right now after not using push sticks on a piece of stock, I think you’d start being more careful. 12 stitches in two fingertips. I’m incredibly lucky and won the dumbass of the day award… don’t be the next winner, believe me, it’s not worth it. Use push sticks and don’t get too confident.

What was the spacing on your support beams? Like 3 feet? Might have been better to put an extra support beam in there. Typical spacing is between 16-24 inches. You can see the ramp sag when you walked on in as well as sat on it in the end of the video. Good job tho on putting together a clean and simple video! Cheers.

Nice vidio quality but I learned nothing. I know how to measure and cut 2 x 4s. It would be nice to know how you attched the ramp, joist hangers or lag bolts. I used both.

That is a great method for attaching the Jessem jig to your tablesaw I plan on doing the same thing and making a set up so that I can use the very same Jessem jigs on my router table

Easy to cleanI was looking for something that wasn't the traditional white and with more of a modern feel. This fit the bill beautifully. I put it together with no problems, by myself in under an hour.Make sure you double check where you place the drawer tracks before screwing down. I had one track that needed to be aligned with different holes than the rest.

I'm used to larger, corded routers ruclips.net/user/postUgkxfQ5_mgwq6PcudJvAH25t-I4D-3cTPz4z so this was a different experience for me. Basically, this is an incredibly sweet machine, fits well in the hand, etc. It has slightly less power than I'm used to, but that's understandable. Maneuvering freehand takes some practice. These days, it's especially nice to be able to avoid power cords. This is above the level of a hobbyist but below a pro level.

You do have to spend some time setting the saw up... blade, fence, etc. But once done, the saw is great. The stock miter gauge can be adjusted in the miter slot with a little painter's tape... this tightens up the side to side play a lot.
